Standard documents also minimise cost. Along with a signature or two we ask for payment of a deposit and the first invoice must be made prior to moving in.
We aim to be as flexible as possible. The minimum rental period is one month for self-storage and three-six months for larger units. You can store your items with us for as long as you want, there is no maximum rental period. We ask for a calendar months’ notice when you’re ready to move out.
Customers are strongly recommended to arrange insurance cover. The contents of each unit are not inspected by us and are expressly not covered by our insurance policy. For self-storage insurance many occupiers extend their household/business insurances to cover stored items. For larger units electricity and water usage (where applicable) is recharged quarterly and business rates are transferred to the occupiers names, however most units fall below the threshold for Small Business Rates Relief. Internet is down to individual tenants and we are happy for you to use whichever provider you prefer.

If you are looking for a simple & efficient way to store your items, then you should think about using shipping container storage at Priory Park. Shipping containers can be used to store a wide range of items including tools, machinery, and retail products, as well as most household items, plus they are often the cheapest option compared to indoor self-storage facilities.
Our containers are in great condition, sturdy and secure, however we do ask that if items are susceptible to damp you use a “Dampstick” or equivalent in case of condensation. You should also put a cover over the items and keep them off the floor. We recommend that cardboard boxes or fabrics are not put directly onto floors but either a polythene sheet or another material impermeable put beneath.
Yes; however, we have several removal companies we can recommend to help you move your items.
You can move in on the same day as you make your enquiry (during office opening hours) providing you have the relevant documentation needed to complete your Lease. Payment of a deposit and the first invoice must be made prior to moving in.
You can come and go as you please; Priory Park is accessible 24hrs a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. Please note we are keen to maintain excellent relations with our neighbours. We ask that if arriving or departing outside of normal working hours you keep noise (eg car door slamming, engine revs, shouting) to a minimum.
We have CCTV cameras covering the main areas of the site. The cameras record 24 hours a day on to a digital system.
