Office Space at Priory Park

Here at Priory Park we have a variety of spaces/sizes to suit a single person and up to 20+ people. Here’s some of the options available on site or coming up soon:

Kingscote Office – Priory Park, Tetbury

Kingscote has flexibility; it was previously let to one large company. Now it can be used by multiple occupants with varying requirements. Facilities include, a large 1444ft2 first floor space, with a separate smaller office, toilets and kitchen all inside. Downstairs we have opportunities for smaller businesses to occupy different sized spaces, along with access to a large communal kitchen & toilet.

Alderton 3 Office – Priory Park, Tetbury

Alderton 3 is a ground floor office space towards the back of our Priory Park site. We’ve had various occupiers over the years and with it sized at 290ft2 it’s perfect for a small startup company. It would also work well for a person that just needs a bit of space away from home. Two large windows make the office light and there’s some hidden space for storage above. Features of Alderton 3 include a door entry phone system, allocated parking (by arrangement) and a shared kitchen along with toilets.

Avening F2 Office – Priory Park, Tetbury

The Avening building has a variety of office spaces inside via a communal reception. Our F2 office is the largest of our first floor offices sized at 485ft2 with fantastic natural light and a good amount of space for multiple workers. Some businesses may wish to configure it differently with office space and some storage. Avening F2 is a great hub for members of the team that are working hybrid and attend the office on certain days of the week. The Avening building has a more classic look in comparison to Coates, which gives it lots of character.
